Sessions can occur 2-4 times per week, with a minimum of twice per week to ensure the best outcomes.
Is a referral needed for an evaluation?
A prescription from a physician is required for physical therapy evaluation and treatment. Please have your doctor fax your prescription to our facility or bring it with you to your first appointment.
For our wellness program, where you will be working with a Trainer, there is no prescription required, but a clearance from your physician to exercise is required. These appointments are self pay and insurance is not billed.
What types of insurance do you accept?
We currently accept Medicare and are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Aetna and United Healthcare for commercial insurance.
